Meet Rabbi David Gold

Rabbi David Gold, MDiv, MHA, B.S. was born and raised in Manchester, England. He moved to Brooklyn, New York to study at Yeshiva/Jewish College. Rabbi Gold was sent for rabbinical training to Vilnius, Lithuania and then St. Petersburg, Russia. After two years in the former Soviet Union, he finished his rabbinical training in Jerusalem, Israel.

In 1997, Rabbi Gold moved back to New York, got married and completed a Post Graduate Certification in Advanced Rabbinics and Synagogue Management and received his Bachelor of Science from Touro College/ Young Israel. He also attended Ashford University and received his Master of Health Care Administration degree.

Rabbi Gold held rabbinical positions in Poughkeepsie, New York, Las Vegas, Nevada and 18 years in Miami, Florida. He worked for the VA Hospital in Miami as a Chaplain/Rabbi as well as Jackson Memorial Hospital.

“I am compassionate and caring for all, regardless of affiliation and denomination” states Rabbi Gold. He lectures and speaks for the local Jewish communities nationwide. He also partakes in ethic committees for two local hospitals.

“Rabbi Gold currently resides in North Miami Beach with his wife and six adult children and two sons-in-laws. He is fluent in Russian, Hebrew, Yiddish, and some English. He is always staying positive and enjoys life to the fullest. “Your attitude in life will map your future. Shalom”
